As Senior Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in supporting both the staff team and service users while ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery.\nThe Role\nAs Senior Supervisor, you will:\nLead, motivate, and support a dedicated team delivering high-quality, person-centred services.\nOversee the day-to-day operations of the day service, ensuring smooth and effective service delivery.\nEnsure supports are delivered in line with individual person-centred plans and organisational standards.\nAssist with staff supervision, rota planning, team meetings, and service development.\nPromote independence, community participation, and meaningful skill development for the individuals supported.\nFoster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative working environment.\nRequirements\nTo be considered for this role, you will have:\nA Level 8 qualification in Social Care, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.\nAt least one year's experience supporting individuals with complex needs.\nPrevious supervisory or leadership experience within a social care or disability service.\nA strong understanding of relevant legislation, HIQA standards, and person-centred practice.\nA full manual driving licence (essential).\nWhat's on Offer?\nCompetitive salary from €43,283 per annum.\nPension scheme.\nSick pay and access to healthcare supports.\nPaid maternity and paternity leave.\nYour birthday off each year!
