Further information on SK pharmteco can be found at www.skpharmteco.com\nCurrent Need\nThe R&D Team at the Swords Campus are looking to recruit a Senior Technology Transfer Process Engineer to join the R&D Department reporting to the Associate Director, Technology Transfer.\nPosition Description\nReporting to the Associate Director, Technology Transfer the successful candidate is responsible for leadership and execution of technology transfer activities for new product introductions within R&D. They will be focused on the successful introduction of new products to the Swords site, leading multiple, complex tech transfers simultaneously (small molecule, HPAPI, or peptide) into manufacturing. The role ensures seamless scale up from lab/pilot to commercial scale, ensuring process robustness, GMP compliance and repeatable product quality.\nKey Responsibilities and Attributes\nWorking as part of a cross functional technology transfer team comprised of process chemists and engineers, the Senior Technology Transfer process engineer should have the following attributes:\nCore Skills and Competencies\nCore competencies of leadership, excellent communication skills, teamwork, problem solving particularly with external customers\nStrong project management and organizational skills\nCommitment to the SK biotek values, compliance and continuous improvement\nTechnical Expertise\nA high level of expertise in technology transfer, API pharmaceutical manufacturing, plant operations and engineering projects is essential\nSubject matter expert for chemical process engineering (reaction kinetics, mass transfer, scale up, crystallization, isolation, drying)\nAbility to interpret process data, analytical results and development reports, communication of findings and recommendations to management and customers\nA high level of proficiency with process engineering tools eg Dynochem, Computational Fluid Dynamic software is desirable\nA good knowledge of regulatory and safety guidelines is necessary\nLeadership and Stakeholder Management\nAbility to lead multiple cross functional teams and drive decision making internally and with customers\nHigh technical credibility and ability to influence decisions\nStrong negotiation skills with clients and internal stakeholders\nStrategic thinking, systems-level understanding of successful technology transfers\nProblem Solving and Adaptability\nExceptionally strong investigation and root-cause analysis capability\nAdaptability in a fast paced CDMO environment with multiple concurrent projects\nDemonstrated ability to drive change\nSpecialised Experience (Advantage)\nHigh Potency API -
