Alongside\nconducting impactful research, you'll help support colleagues and scale research through\nResearch Operations work: frameworks, tooling, and best practices that enable product teams\nacross the business to move with speed and precision confidently.\nYour Day to Day:\nLead end-to-end research on high-risk high-uncertainty strategic initiatives where\nuser understanding is critical to success: from framing research questions and\nselecting appropriate methodologies through to synthesis, actionable\nrecommendations, and stakeholder alignment;\nPartner closely with product managers, designers, researchers, engineers, business\nand technical stakeholders to identify risks, reduce uncertainty, and inform strategic\ndecisions;\nForm trusted relationships with stakeholders across product organization, while\nbuilding confidence in research-driven ways of working;\nSelect and apply the most effective research methods for each situation, balancing\nrigor, speed, and business context to generate evidence-based insights that drive\naction;\nConduct specific qualitative and quantitative research activities with professional B2B\nusers across complex workflows and ambiguous problem spaces, specialized\ndomains, and highly technical product environments;\nUse AI as a core part of your research workflow to accelerate recruitment, synthesis,\ninsight generation, knowledge management, and operational efficiency, while keeping\nhuman judgment firmly in the loop to validate outputs, protect research quality, and\nensure insights remain grounded in real user needs;\nContribute to Research Operations capability and shared body of knowledge by\nimproving processes, repositories, participant management practices, templates,\ngovernance, scalable research toolkits, and documented learnings that strengthen\nresearch maturity across the organization;\nAdvocate for user research across the organization, promoting best practices and\nincreasing research literacy among cross-functional partners;\nContribute to the research case studies proving the value of user-centered approach.\nWhat you bring to the team\n7+ years of experience in user research, data analysis, service design, or a related\ndiscipline;\nDemonstrated experience conducting research within enterprise and agile\ndevelopment environments, engaging specialized professional audiences, and helping\nteams learn quickly while work is actively taking shape;\nExperience using research to shape product strategy, guide discovery, and change\ndecisions or direction with a proven track record of turning insight into action;\nHands-on experience incorporating AI tools into research workflows to increase\nefficiency and scale without compromising on quality;\nGreat command of research and analytics tools such as Condens, Qualtrics, Amplitude\nand similar.\nStrong expertise across qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, with the\njudgment to know when and how each should be applied;\nExcellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence decisions in highly\ntechnical and cross-functional environments;\nStrong storytelling skills, capable of translating complex findings into clear, actionable\nrecommendations;\nExperience establishing or contributing to Research Operations;\nExperience in managing and scaling up insight repositories;\nFast and curious learner with a strong self-starter mentality and the ability to become\neffective quickly within unfamiliar domains;\nComfort with the unknown and the kind of big, messy topics that do not come with\neasy answers;
