The successful candidate will work closely with HR, compliance and technology stakeholders to design, develop and enhance ServiceNow solutions, integrations and automated workflows within a large enterprise environment.\nThe Role\nYou will take ownership of ServiceNow development activities across the full delivery lifecycle, from requirements and technical design through configuration, development, testing, release support and production monitoring.\nKey responsibilities will include:\nConfigure and enhance ServiceNow HRSD capabilities.\nDevelop solutions across Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center and Lifecycle Events including onboarding and offboarding.\nBuild and maintain catalog items, workflows, business rules and integrations supporting HR processes.\nWork closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.\nDevelop and support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms, including SAP SuccessFactors.\nBuild solutions using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP APIs.\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues across HRSD modules and integrations.\nSupport platform upgrades, patching, regression testing and release activities.\nMaintain appropriate technical documentation for governance and audit purposes.\nEnsure solutions follow ServiceNow development standards and minimise unnecessary customisation. \nExperience Required\nThe ideal candidate will have:\nStrong hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.\nExperience working with HRSD and/or IRM modules.\nStrong ServiceNow development knowledge including JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts and Script Includes.\nExperience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.\nExperience building and supporting enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.\nExperience integrating ServiceNow with SAP SuccessFactors or similar enterprise systems.\nUnderstanding of ServiceNow security models including roles and ACLs.\nExperience with platform upgrades, regression testing and release/deployment processes.\nExperience delivering technical solutions within Agile teams and working with business stakeholders.\nStrong understanding of ServiceNow development best practices and enterprise governance requirements.\nDesirable\nServiceNow certifications such as the following would be advantageous:\nCertified System Administrator\nCertified Application Developer\nHRSD Implementation Specialist
