organisation for an experienced operations professional to join a Supply Chain Settlements team in Dublin.\nThis is a hands-on operational role focused on the accurate and timely processing, validation and reconciliation of settlement transactions for global corporate clients.\nThe successful candidate will work across payments, reconciliations, transaction controls, exception management and first-line client queries.\nKey Responsibilities\nProcess and validate settlement transactions accurately and within agreed deadlines.\nSupport the payment and settlement of invoice-related transactions.\nProcess direct debit files and other client settlement instructions.\nMonitor settlement activity and investigate outstanding or unmatched items.\nPerform suspense, nostro and control account reconciliations.\nInvestigate reconciliation breaks and ensure issues are resolved or escalated appropriately.\nComplete end-of-day controls and monitor operational processing queues.\nRespond to first-line client queries and support the resolution of payment or settlement issues.\nMaintain accurate procedures and operational controls.\nIdentify and report incidents, processing issues and operational risks.\nWork within established financial security, AML, sanctions, KYC and transaction-monitoring requirements.\nExperience Required\nExperience within banking, financial services, treasury, payments, settlements, reconciliations or middle office would be highly advantageous.\nStrong understanding of transaction processing and operational controls.\nExperience investigating payment, settlement or reconciliation breaks.\nGood understanding of accounting processes.\nStrong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and organisational skills.\nComfortable working to tight deadlines and daily cut-off times.\nStrong communication skills and confidence dealing with internal stakeholders and clients.\nRelevant backgrounds may include Settlements, Payments Operations, Treasury Operations, Banking Operations, Middle Office, Reconciliations, Cash Operations, Trade Operations, Fund Operations or Loan
