The position requires the ability to identify, analyse, and resolve operational issues, manage risk, and communicate effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.\nKey Skills & Experience\nExperience with industry-standard trade operations practices and systems.\nStrong understanding of market settlement processes.\nKnowledge of FX settlement operations.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies.\nStrong time management and organisational abilities.\nHigh attention to detail and analytical capability.\nAbility to identify operational risks and escalate issues appropriately.\nProven problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and implement action plans.\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor trade confirmations, settlement activity, fail resolution, and escrow processes.\nProactively identify, investigate, and resolve operational issues.\nManage market-specific settlement requirements across international markets.\nLiaise with trading desks, brokers, custodians, and other business partners to ensure smooth trade processing.\nAct as a Subject Matter Expert on operational projects and initiatives.\nCollaborate effectively within a team environment to meet service levels and quality standards.\nSupport process improvement initiatives alongside management and team leads.\nEnsure all responsibilities are completed accurately and within required deadlines.\nDeliver clear and effective written and verbal communication to stakeholders.\nAbout the Team\nThe team provides operational support for domestic and international Equity, Fixed Income, High Yield, and Foreign Exchange trading activities.
