engineering organisation, is seeking an experienced Validation Engineer to support qualification and validation projects within pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical manufacturing environments.\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for the execution and management of IQ, OQ, PQ and Thermal Validation activities across a variety of GMP-regulated manufacturing systems, facilities and utility processes.\nThis position offers an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile pharmaceutical and biotechnology projects while contributing to regulatory compliance, operational excellence and manufacturing quality standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, execute and manage IQ, OQ and PQ protocols.\nLead thermal mapping and thermal validation studies.\nSupport validation strategy development and project planning.\nExecute qualification activities for: Autoclaves\nSterilisers\nDepyrogenation ovens\nControlled temperature storage areas\nFreezers and cold rooms\nGMP utility systems\n\nReview and analyse validation data.\nInvestigate deviations and support CAPA implementation.\nGenerate validation summary reports and final validation packages.\nParticipate in customer audits and regulatory inspections.\nCollaborate closely with Engineering, Quality and Production teams.\nEnsure compliance with GMP, FDA and EU regulatory requirements.\nRequirements\nDegree qualification in Engineering, Science, Biotechnology or a related discipline.\nStrong validation experience within pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing environments.\nDemonstrated experience executing: IQ\nOQ\nPQ\nThermal Mapping\nThermal Validation\n\nStrong understanding of GMP regulations and validation lifecycle principles.\nExperience managing deviations, investigations and change controls.\nExcellent technical writing and data analysis skills.\nExperience supporting regulatory compliance and validation documentation activities.\nDesirable Experience\nCQV (Commissioning, Qualification & Validation) experience.\nSterilisation validation.\nClean utility validation.\nHVAC qualification.\nTemperature-controlled storage qualification.\nExperience using Kneat, E-Val Pro or equivalent validation software.\nKnowledge of statistical data analysis tools.\nExperience supporting audits and regulatory inspections.\nCandidate Profile\nThe ideal candidate
