The Territory Sales Developer role is a combination of sales, merchandising and activating. They are responsible for the availability of core range, share of space and activations within their Geographical region.\nThe Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are:\nTo provide Nationwide sales cover in Dunnes to the core sales team\nTo increase business and maximise sales\nTo undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager\nAdhere to a defined retail call file and journey plan\nDeliver and execute the agreed objectives and targets as set out by your line manager\nTo increase Distribution and Availability within store of core range and process\nappropriate orders electronically for all stores to prevent gaps\nTo increase Distribution and Availability within store by implementing national and locally agreed planograms and promotions\nRecord all data accurately and submit in a timely manner on a daily basis\nSell in and build activations in line with company targets\nMerchandising off sales\nTo understand and identify the needs of the customer\nCommunicate effectively with store management and line managers\nProvide feedback at regular intervals through verbal communication with your manager/coach and through electronically generated spreadsheets\nConstantly strive to reach highest standards of performance\nMaintain CPM and Client standards at all times\nAttend a team conference call once a week and team meeting once a month/Qtr.\nTo generate new ideas and ways of working\nTo consistently strive to reach highest standards of performance for customers\nTo ensure at all times that you operate in an effective and efficient manner to complete all tasks\nRequirements\nFull clean driving licence is essential\nPrevious experience selling into Dunnes stores is essential\n\nA good understanding of the FMCG sector with knowledge of both the SuperValu & Convenience channels also essential\nPerson Specifications:\nAs this is a Nationwide role over nights will be required\nMust have energy and enthusiasm\nExcellent Interpersonal Skills and time management skills\nAttention to detail & target driven\nTechnology Aware and intermediate computer literacy skills (MS Word, Outlook, Power Bi)\nBenefits\nBasic Salary -
