security, and performance.\nLead and support a team of engineers, providing technical direction and driving infrastructure improvements.\nIdentify and map the capacity limits of infrastructure components, including virtual machines, containers, databases, and networks.\nDevelop and implement scalable solutions capable of handling billions of requests per day.\nBuild, configure, and optimize monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to improve observability and incident detection.\nMaximize system uptime and ensure high availability, resilience, and redundancy across all layers of the architecture.\nConfigure, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot servers, networks, cloud environments, and applications.\nProactively identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks and performance issues.\nSecure infrastructure, data, and networks, ensuring business continuity and operational resilience.\nAdvise and implement new technologies, infrastructure solutions, and architectural improvements.\nCollaborate with software developers to support application deployments and deliver infrastructure and software innovations.\nEstablish and maintain infrastructure best practices, automation, and operational processes.\nInvestigate system limitations and work with cloud providers or external systems to overcome capacity and scalability constraints.\nTake ownership of infrastructure initiatives, work independently, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-growing environment.\nCommunicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nRequisitos e qualificações\nBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related technical field.\nExtensive hands-on experience in a similar DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or cloud engineering role, preferably within a SaaS or data-driven organization.\nIn-depth knowledge of modern DevOps tooling, infrastructure management, and automation.\nPractical experience with Kubernetes; this is considered a must\nExperience with monitoring and observability tools such as Sentry, Grafana, or Loki.\nStrong understanding of server infrastructure, networking, containers, databases, and distributed systems.\nExperience designing and maintaining highly available, scalable, and resilient production environments.\nKnowledge of infrastructure security, redundancy, disaster recovery, and business continuity practices.\nExperience identifying infrastructure bottlenecks, troubleshooting complex production issues, and optimizing system performance.\nProven ability to take ownership of technical projects, work independently, and make sound engineering decisions.\nExperience leading a team or providing technical leadership in an infrastructure or DevOps environment.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nA forward-thinking and innovative mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving organization.\nInformações adicionais\nCertified
