Here, you’ll contributeto outcomes that matter alongside team members committed to excellence and shared success.\nThe Role\nReporting to the Managing Director & Head of Real Estate Asia Pacific, the Analyst is accountable for assisting the Real Estate Investment team which includes the Directors and Portfolio Managers in the identification, selection, evaluation, and ongoing management of relationships and Real Estate Investments across the Asia Pacific region.\nThe Team\nCore Accountabilities\nUnder the general direction of the Managing Director, develop an understanding of the investment decision-making and partner selection process\nExamine potential investments, partnerships (including joint ventures, club deals and funds), as well as tax and financial structures using models and a variety of quantitative and qualitative analytical tools\nAssist in the underwriting process of Real Estate investments\nCompile data and financial information\nConduct real estate market research\nParticipate in the monitoring and management of the investment portfolio\nOther relevant duties and projects as assigned\nConduct consistent with our Guiding Principles of Integrity, Partnership and High Performance\nCore Qualifications (Education and Experience)\n1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, real estate investing or related financial analysis roles.\nAn undergraduate or advanced degree program in Finance, Real Estate, or a related discipline; candidates with a relevant technical background in real estate development or a related academic degree will have an advantage.\nCPA, CFA or CFA Candidate would be an advantage\nReal Estate knowledge in Asia Pacific markets\nStrong interest in technology and related fields\nStrong quantitative, financial and analytical skills (DCF and financial modelling)\nFluent in English; both strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in Japanese or Korean will be an advantage.\nSolid understanding of MS Office, Excel, Power Point; Prefer familiarity with Argus financial software \nFlexibility, adaptability and initiative\nTeam player who enjoys a high performing culture \nProfessionalism and integrity\nDesire to learn and express opinions\nExemplify our Guiding Principles of integrity, partnership and high performance\nStrong academic and extracurricular track record, with a demonstrated interest in financial markets, portfolio management, and investing, alongside strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, and high levels of energy, enthusiasm, and intellectual curiosity\n\nYou are motivated to contribute to something larger than yourself, approach complex challenges with rigor, and hold yourself to high standards in a collaborative, performance-driven environment.\nWe provide colleagues with cutting-edge AI tools, dedicated learning time, and practical support to help them deliver with greater impact.\nInclusion & Accessibility\nCPP Investments is committed to equitable access to employment and building a workforce that reflects diverse talent and perspectives.
