The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day learning operations, coordinating learners and instructors, maintaining training data and schedules, supporting channel partners, and ensuring a seamless experience across the training lifecycle.\nThe ideal candidate should have strong training/learning operations or coordination experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple activities and stakeholders simultaneously.\nWhat you'll do:\nSupport the end-to-end administration of public and private training programs.\nCoordinate training schedules, learner enrolments, and session logistics.\nManage learner communications, including training invitations, reminders, and course-\nrelated updates.\nMaintain accurate training records, schedules, and operational data in Salesforce.\nGenerate and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and documentation as required.\nAssist in coordinating instructor schedules, training logistics, and classroom requirements.\nPublish and maintain course schedules and information on certification and partner portals.\nSupport the maintenance of course catalogues, training content, and related documentation.\nAssist in managing trainer credentials, certification records, and accreditation\nrequirements.Support channel partner administration, including onboarding, quotations, and operational requests.\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of training programs.\nMaintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and knowledge repositories.\nIdentify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and support process improvement initiatives.\nPerform other learning operations and administrative responsibilities as assigned by the Learning & Coaching leadership team.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related discipline. \n3-6 years of relevant experience in learning administration, training operations, program coordination, education operations, or a similar role. \nPrior experience supporting professional training, certification programs, corporate learning, or customer-facing training operations is preferred. \nExperience working with CRM, LMS, or other learning/operations platforms;
