The trust you build and the results you show are what open the door to larger, longer-term transformation programs.\nAbout the role\nYou'll work where a client's business problem becomes a working AI solution. That spans the full client journey: understanding what the business needs, showing what's possible, and delivering solutions that get used.\nSome of your work will support new business. You'll help prospective clients see the value of agentic AI through fast, focused proofs of value, and your contribution to winning new engagements is a core part of how success in this role is measured. The rest of your work will be billable delivery, where you'll build and deploy solutions as part of a client implementation team.\nThe platforms and systems vary by client, so adaptability matters more than deep expertise in any one tool. You'll start alongside senior team members and take on more ownership as you grow.\nAbove all, this role is about communication. The best technical build doesn't matter if you can't connect it to the problem the client actually has and explain it in terms they care about.\nWhat you'll do:\nUnderstand the business\nWork with business and technical stakeholders to understand how they operate and where AI can make the biggest difference \nTranslate business challenges into practical technical approaches, and explain the tradeoffs in plain language \nHelp clients prioritize the opportunities that will deliver value soonest \nHelp win new work\nQuickly build proofs of value that show clients what's possible in their own environment \nPresent and demo solutions to audiences ranging from technical teams to executives \nContribute technical input to proposals, solution designs, and estimates \nHelp clients see a clear path from an early win to broader adoption \nDeliver for clients\nDesign, build, and integrate AI agents and automations with the systems clients already use \nTake solutions from build through testing, deployment, and early adoption \nPartner with client teams so they can own and extend what we build \nGrow the practice\nTurn what you learn into reusable approaches that make future work faster \nShare lessons from the field with the team, including what didn't work \nWhat you bring:\nTreat this as a description of who we expect you to grow into, not a checklist. Internships, bootcamps, and personal projects count \nComfortable writing code and working with APIs and integrations \nHands-on experience building something with AI, at work or on your own \nStrong written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical audiences \nGenuine curiosity about how businesses run, and the ability to connect business problems to technical solutions \nConfidence in client-facing settings, including presenting and asking the hard questions \nAble to move quickly and handle ambiguity without losing quality \nInterest in the commercial side of consulting and how great work leads to new opportunities \nBonus points, none required:\nExperience with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow or Moveworks \nBackground in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or consulting \nA project or demo you can walk us through \nHow we will set you up:\nYou'll work alongside experienced team members on your early engagements \nPaid time and budget for relevant certifications \nA sandbox environment to learn and experiment \nRegular team sessions to share what's working across client engagements \nWhat good looks like in your first 90 days:\nYou've made meaningful contributions to client engagements, including at least one that supported new business \nYou can build and troubleshoot an integration on your own \nYou've presented to a client and handled their follow-up questions \nYou've helped the team translate a client's business problem into a proposed solution \nWhy this role is worth your time:\nAI transformation is one of the biggest shifts large organizations will go through, and few people early in their careers get to help lead it.
