record accuracy and completeness.\nIdentify and remediate duplicate, missing, incomplete, and mismatched renewal records.\nMaintain account alias mappings for customer-name variations and account matching.\nManage customer and billing-profile cleanup efforts across all Cprime accounts within Atlassian PPC.\nEscalate confirmed system defects and complex issues to the Licensing Technical team with clear documentation.\nReport on recurring issues, data cleanup progress, trends, and operational metrics.\nRecommend process improvements that increase data accuracy and reduce manual effort.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\n1+ years of experience in Salesforce Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Data Quality, Business Operations, or a related field.\nExperience working with Salesforce data management, reporting, and record maintenance.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nTrack record of building executive-level relationships and influencing multiple stakeholders across business and technology organizations\nExcellent presentation, communication, and executive facilitation skills.\nPreferred Skills (Good to Have):\nExperience supporting SaaS, licensing, subscription, or renewal operations.\nFamiliarity with Atlassian products and licensing environments.\nSalesforce Administrator certification or equivalent
