Additionally, you will have a proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creating efficient, user-focused systems. If you are an experienced operations professional with strong business acumen and an exemplary work ethic, CQ would like to meet you.\nYour Impact\nAnalyze data to generate actionable insights and support decision-making.\nDesign, implement, and maintain automated processes to drive operational efficiency.\nDevelop and deploy scalable tools and solutions for internal stakeholders and external clients.\nCollaborate cross-functionally to gather business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.\nEnsure data integrity and consistency across systems and reporting outputs.\nProvide clear communication and effective stakeholder management throughout project lifecycles.\nQualifications for Success\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, process automation, or related fields.\nProven experience with process automation and solution development is important.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nOutstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.\nStrong stakeholder management abilities.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, or similar tools.\nAdvanced computing skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.\nVerbal and written fluency in a foreign language is a plus.\nOur People.
