You will facilitate engaging learning experiences, provide academic guidance and consultation, assess student competency and contribute to positive educational outcomes aligned with contemporary industry practices and national training standards.\nYou will work with a diverse range of learners, supporting them to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to successfully apply project management principles in a variety of workplace settings. You will only be contacted if appropriate casual work becomes available whilst your application is active.\nPosition Requirements\nCurrent vocational qualification in Project Management at Diploma level or higher.\nTAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or a diploma or higher-level qualification in adult or vocational education.\nDemonstrated ability to deliver engaging and effective training and tutorials in Project Management through face-to-face, online and/or blended learning environments.\nCurrent industry experience in project management, with demonstrated knowledge of contemporary project management principles, methodologies and practices.\nStrong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills with a student-focused approach.\nAbility to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.\nPre-Employment Checks\nAppointment to this role is subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks, which may include a National Police Check and/or Working with Children Check (where applicable).\nThe University is committed to providing a safe, inclusive and respectful environment where its members can study, work and live free from gender-based violence.
