Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager – Mining with a strong track record in winning and growing mining business in Botswana.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage the national mining opportunity pipeline
Identify new mining projects and expansion opportunities
Develop relationships with key mining decision-makers
Lead tenders through to contract award
Negotiate major commercial agreements
Manage strategic mining accounts
Drive customer retention and profitable growth
Sell technical and value-added mining solutions

Requirements

8-10+ years’ commercial / mining / business development experience
Proven mining-sector sales track record
Strategic account management experience
Strong tender & contract negotiation skills
Understanding of fuels, lubricants & mining operations
Strong commercial & financial acumen
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mining, Business, Marketing, Sales or related field

Mining-sector commercial experience is essential.
