Working closely with customers, cybersecurity experts, and content teams, you will transform exercise scenarios into realistic, scalable, and engaging technical solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCollaborate with customers to understand exercise requirements and objectives.\n\nTranslate cyber threat scenarios into technical infrastructure and software solutions.\n\nBuild, maintain, and automate exercise environments.\n\nEnsure simulations are realistic using modern technologies and tooling.\n\nWork closely with cybersecurity experts and content developers.\n\nCreate and maintain clear technical documentation.\n\nProvide technical feedback, findings, and recommendations to participants.\n\nSupport the continuous improvement of cyber exercise platforms and capabilities.\n\nIdeal candidate\n\nVocational or higher education in IT, or equivalent relevant professional experience.\n\nExperience implementing and maintaining technical solutions.\n\nComfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nStrong Linux administration skills.\n\nExperience with networking, virtualisation, and infrastructure management.\n\nAbility to automate tasks using Ansible, Bash, PowerShell, and/or Python.\n\nFamiliarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and infrastructure-as-code concepts.\n\nStrong documentation and communication skills.\n\nWilling to apply for security clearance.\n\nBonus to Have\n\nExperience building and managing complex virtualised environments.\n\nKnowledge of cybersecurity concepts, threat simulation, or cyber exercises.\n\nExperience with containerisation technologies and cloud platforms.\n\nFamiliarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.\n\nRelevant certifications in Linux, cloud,
