adversary emulation and red team operations.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nResearch and maintain knowledge of current cyber threat actor TTPs.\n\nDesign and execute cyber threat simulations and red team activities.\n\nCollaborate with customers to define exercise objectives and requirements.\n\nBuild and manage attack infrastructure and supporting tooling.\n\nLead and coordinate red team activities during exercises.\n\nMap adversary behaviour to the MITRE ATT&CK framework.\n\nDocument activities, findings, and lessons learned.\n\nProduce reports and recommendations for participants.\n\nDeliver guidance and training on cyber threat detection and response.\n\nSupport scenario design, penetration testing, and cyber exercise innovation.\n\nIdeal candidate\n\nDegree in Cyber Security, IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.\n\nSignificant experience in red teaming, threat emulation, or penetration testing.\n\nStrong understanding of cyber threats, attack techniques, and offensive security tools.\n\nExperience applying the MITRE ATT&CK framework.\n\nScripting and automation skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.).\n\nUnderstanding of defensive security operations and incident response.\n\nStrong communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nWilling to apply for security clearance.\n\nBonus to Have\n\nCertifications such as OSCP, OSEP, CRTO, GXPN, GPEN, or CEH.\n\nExperience delivering cyber exercises or security training.\n\nKnowledge of cloud platforms and Infrastructure as Code.\n\nExperience with attack infrastructure and adversary emulation frameworks.\n\nExposure to defence, government, or NATO-related cybersecurity environments.\n\nWe offer\n\nMeaningful
