You will work closely with stakeholders, cybersecurity experts, and developers to turn business needs into valuable product features that enhance our cyber exercise services.\n\nThe employment contract is until the end of 2028 with an option to extend if agreed. We do not provide relocation package for this position.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDefine and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.\n\nGather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.\n\nManage and prioritise the product backlog based on value, risk, and business needs.\n\nPlan and coordinate feature releases across development and exercise cycles.\n\nWork closely with development teams to guide delivery and remove obstacles.\n\nTrack progress, risks, and delivery metrics, and communicate status to stakeholders.\n\nDrive testing, user acceptance, and release readiness activities.\n\nManage technical debt, product security, and platform lifecycle planning.\n\nCollect user feedback and lessons learned to continuously improve the product.\n\nMaintain product documentation, release notes, and operational guidance.\n\nIdeal candidate\n\nNATO country citizenship (for the security clearance).\n\nDegree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\n\nAt least 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, Delivery Lead, or similar role in an agile environment.\n\nExperience owning a product roadmap and managing a backlog.\n\nStrong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.\n\nFamiliarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containers, and infrastructure automation.\n\nExperience with tools such as Jira, GitLab, GitHub, or Confluence.\n\nUnderstanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and secure development practices.\n\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nFluent in English.\n\nWilling to apply for security clearance.\n\nBonus to Have\n\nExperience with cyber ranges, cyber exercises, CTF platforms, or cybersecurity products.\n\nKnowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, and Infrastructure as Code practices.\n\nExperience defining and tracking product metrics and KPIs.\n\nRelevant certifications in Product Management, Agile, Scrum, or DevOps.\n\nEstonian language skills.\n\nBackground in cyber
