support, guidance, and mentoring to lower-tier developers and support staff. \nCollaborate with MIS staff on agency technology initiatives, reporting maturity, and data governance improvements. \nRequired Qualifications\nProven experience in application development and programming. \nStrong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET, or .NET Core. \nStrong hands-on experience developing Power BI reports, dashboards, datasets, and data visualizations. \nExperience with SQL database development, reporting queries, stored procedures, and data troubleshooting. \nExperience building web forms, APIs, and business applications. \nExperience supporting web applications and web server environments. \nAbility to analyze business requirements and deliver reliable, maintainable technical solutions. \nAbility to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users. \nStrong problem-solving, troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills. \nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership, IT staff, and end users. \nAbility to support and mentor junior or lower-tier developers. \nPreferred Technical Skills\nThe ideal dashboard expectations. \nSupport data-driven decision-making by converting raw data into clear and actionable information. \n.NET and Application Development Focus\nBuild and maintain internal web applications that support agency operations. \nDevelop APIs and integrations that connect systems, automate workflows, and reduce manual processes. \nImprove existing applications for performance, reliability, usability, and maintainability. \nUse secure coding practices and role-based access concepts when developing or enhancing applications. \nCoordinate with MIS staff to ensure applications are supportable, documented, and aligned with agency standards. \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in a government, public sector, or enterprise IT environment. \nExperience building executive dashboards, operational reports, and business intelligence solutions. \nFamiliarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, and Entra ID. \nUnderstanding of data governance, access control, security, and reporting best practices. \nExperience supporting modernization, process improvement, or data analytics initiatives. \nAbility to work with multiple departments and translate business processes into technical
