verify all required driver registration documents.\nAssist applicants in completing registration forms accurately.\nSubmit complete and accurate driver applications through the registration system.\nFollow up with applicants until their accounts are approved and activated.\nCoordinate with internal teams to resolve incomplete or rejected applications.\nMaintain accurate daily records of leads, registrations, approvals, and activations.\nAttend scheduled meetings, training sessions, and field activities.\nMeet assigned weekly and monthly driver recruitment targets.\nRepresent the company professionally while interacting with prospective drivers.\nReport market feedback and competitor activities to the supervisor.\nWorking ConditionsField-based role within assigned operational company's active driver network.\nRequirements\nEducational Qualification\nMinimum High School Diploma (Grade 12 completed).\nDiploma or Bachelor's Degree is an added advantage.\nExperience\nPrevious experience in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, or field operations is preferred.\nExperience in the transportation or ride-hailing industry is an advantage.\nTechnical Requirements\nBasic smartphone and mobile application skills.\nAbility to use online registration systems.\nGood knowledge of Addis Ababa roads and major driver gathering locations.\nSkills and Competencies\nStrong
