This includes the scheduling and approval of time off requests.\n\nRequirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients to gather and clarify project requirements, ensuring full understanding of client needs.\n\nDocumentation: Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including briefs, status reports, and timelines.\n\nSupport Triage: Oversee the triage of support requests, prioritizing and assigning tasks based on urgency and impact, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with clients.\n\nTask Management: Oversee multiple projects, tasks, and client requests simultaneously, ensuring clear prioritization.\n\nCommunication: Provide clear, consistent communication with managers and team members regarding project statuses, roadblocks, and solutions.\n\nProcess Optimization: Adopt and improve internal project management tools and processes to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.\n\nTimeline & Milestone Tracking: Develop and maintain work plans, ensuring that project timelines are established, tracked, and met.\n\nAccount Management Responsibilities:\nClient Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with both new and existing clients to build trust and ensure long-term partnerships.\n\nClient Communication: Provide clear and frequent updates to clients on the status of their projects, including timelines, budgets, and any potential issues.\n\nClient Collaboration: Work closely with clients to identify their needs, translate them into actionable project plans, and ensure their expectations are met.\n\nProject Reporting: Conduct regular status meetings, prepare detailed progress reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders, including senior management.\n\nUpselling Opportunities: Identify opportunities for additional services or upgrades that align with client needs and propose solutions to expand client accounts.\n\nInvoice & Financial Responsibilities:\nInvoicing Assistance: Support the invoicing process by ensuring accurate tracking of project hours, milestones, and budget allocations.\n\nBudget Tracking: Assist in monitoring project budgets to ensure that invoicing aligns with work completed, and address any discrepancies.\n\nSales & Business Development:\nUpselling: Identify and encourage upselling opportunities for existing clients to enhance their service package.\n\nNew Business Development: Assist in securing new business opportunities through RFP responses, warm outreach, and participating in proposal development.\n\nAdditional Responsibilities:\nPMP Certification: Hold or actively work towards obtaining a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification to enhance project management skills and align with industry standards.\n\nQuality Assurance: Ensure the quality of work delivered meets or exceeds client expectations on all projects and support tasks.\n\nContent Support: Occasionally assist with newsletters, social media content, and web updates as needed.\n\nLearning & Development: Proactively engage in self-directed learning to stay current on systems, tools, and relevant technologies used by the company.\n\nWhile we may not be actively hiring for this position today, we are growing steadily and expect to expand our team in the coming months.
