client.\nVos missions :\n- Construire la roadmap produit à partir des irritants métier et des besoins des équipes support\n- Gérer le backlog et coordonner le delivery agile avec les équipes techniques (tech leads, architectes)\n- Concevoir les parcours avec humain dans la boucle et escalade vers les agents\n- Intégrer l'assistant IA dans l'écosystème CRM et les parcours existants\n- Suivre la performance de l'assistant, analyser les retours et piloter les améliorations\n- Accompagner l'adoption par les équipes support (formation, conduite du changement)\nProfil recherché\nCompétences impératives :\n- 5 ans minimum en Product Owner / Proxy PO\n- Expérience concrète d'IA générative / LLM / agents IA appliquée au support ou service client\n- Connaissance des écosystèmes CRM\n- Automatisation de processus métier\n- Anglais courant (environnement multiculturel)\nAtouts : omnicanal, voicebot / chatbot, secteur transport ou
