They identify domain needs, develop, and validate product concepts, and build a business case. They oversee the product's build and launch, including any sourced services; as well as ensure product availability, stability, and compliance needs are met. Product managers collaborate with various teams, including product development, marketing, finance, legal, manufacturing, operations, and sales, as needed, to ensure cohesive progress and success.\nKey responsibilities\nOwn the strategy for your products across their whole lifecycle, so the customer and their needs stay at the centre.\n\nBuild and update the product vision, roadmap and strategy, and keep them aligned with customer, product, technical and enabling teams.\n\nPlan and improve capabilities so business outcomes are delivered efficiently.\n\nFind market opportunities, run competitive analysis, help enable sales and monitor how your domain is performing.\n\nUse Design Thinking to start from user needs and decide which problems to solve first.\n\nRun discovery to test usability, feasibility, business fit and value before choosing a solution.\n\nCreate clear roadmaps that capture user needs and non-functional requirements.\n\nManage and streamline the product backlog that sets your squads’ priorities.\n\nTrack and report progress against 90-day outcomes and overall product health, including budget.\n\nWatch user feedback and metrics, and use them to build better experiences with the team.\n\nOversee build and launch, including sourced services, and make sure the product stays available, stable and compliant.\n\nDrive agile best practices with your team, including continuous planning before each sprint.\n\nWrite user stories together with the team, in line with backlog priorities.\n\nIdentify your key stakeholders and deliver in a way that meets their needs and the needs of users, so the product creates real business value.\n\nWork closely with product development, marketing, finance, legal, manufacturing, operations and sales.\n\nKeep strong working relationships with engineering and other technical teams.\n\nCommunicate the business value of proposals and deliverables clearly and proactively.\n\nWhat we're looking for\nA Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or at least 4 years of equivalent practical experience\n\n5+ years of experience as a Product Manager\n\n2+ years of experience with Agile development and DevOps\n\nA deep understanding of the product domain, the related technology and the architecture\n\nFluent English, spoken and written\n\nNice to have\nA track record of leading cross-functional initiatives through influence, from start to delivery\n\nExperience with Design Thinking, user-centred design and user analysis\n\nExperience building product vision, roadmap and strategy\n\nExperience designing, developing, delivering or leading digital solutions in a complex environment\n\nExperience managing initiatives against key metrics and goals\n\nStrong strategic planning and decision-making skills, with the ability to change direction based on research and data\n\nStrong analytical, organisational and management skills\n\nExcellent communication skills, with
