We are a trusted partner of industry leaders such as Salesforce, Veeva, UiPath, and Databricks.\n\nModel: remote\nEngagement: full-time\n\nResponsibilities:\nSupervising selected delivery activities related to building new integrations and connected applications\n\nEnsuring that teams follow established application delivery standards (project lifecycle standard, e.g. project management, ITIL processes)\n\nKeeping active communication with project stakeholders and the delivery team, ensuring alignment and proactive problem resolution\n\nCoordinating release activities across project, development, testing, operations and business teams – task planning, resource coordination, deployment oversight\n\nIdentifying and managing release risks, creating rollback plans and recommending mitigation actions\n\nMonitoring release-process KPIs and reporting delivery and release status to stakeholders\n\nRequirements:\nHands-on, practical experience with business applications (delivery, rollout, maintenance)\n\nProven experience in software delivery as a Delivery Manager or Release Manager, or alternatively as an Operations Manager in an IT environment\n\nGood knowledge of the project lifecycle and project management practices\n\nWorking knowledge of ITIL processes (change, release, incident management)\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, including on the client side\n\nAssertiveness and confidence – not afraid to challenge decisions, set boundaries and escalate issues\n\nA proactive, hands-on attitude and the ability to pull things forward without waiting for instructions\n\nFluent English\n\nWe offer:\nB2B contract (rate negotiated individually, up to 170PLN net/h + VAT)\n\nFully remote service delivery\n\nBroad range of projects (internal, international) -
