You will work hands-on within the architecture defined by the AI Solution Architect, and you will own the reliability and correctness of what gets delivered. You will work directly with business product owners and client stakeholders, from the first workshops to a solution that is ready for production.\n\nResponsibilities\nAI Solution Development\nTake part in solution workshops with business product owners.\n\nDesign and implement agents, agentic workflows and ML/AI components (agent logic, tool/function definitions, prompt and context design).\n\nLead the hands-on implementation, from LLM integration to end-to-end agent behaviour.\n\nMake sure the solution runs reliably and repeatably, and can be demoed and extended beyond its initial scope.\n\nData & Model Engineering\nDesign and build data pipelines for ingestion, preprocessing and transformation (e.g. structured extraction from documents and contracts, data validation).\n\nSet up data quality checks and monitor output stability (e.g. variance between runs on unchanged inputs).\n\nLead evaluation and tuning against agreed metrics (e.g. extraction accuracy, forecast accuracy).\n\nIntegration & Deployment\nIntegrate AI components with client source systems, data stores and output formats (files, exports, spreadsheets).\n\nManage deployment, monitoring, versioning and maintenance for the duration of the engagement.\n\nCollaboration & Communication\nWork directly with client stakeholders to clarify requirements and validate results.\n\nKeep clear technical documentation of the implementation.\n\nExplain technical constraints, trade-offs and results to non-technical audiences (e.g. during demos).\n\nResearch & Innovation\nAssess whether the chosen technology stack (e.g. Google ADK) fits the use case, and report on cost, performance and limitations.\n\nStay up to date with agentic frameworks and AI engineering best practices, and propose improvements during delivery.\n\nRequirements\nMust have\nProven experience delivering AI/agentic solutions for enterprise-level companies.\n\nHands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry and/or Google Agent Development Kit (ADK).\n\nExperience using Claude Code in day-to-day development.\n\nStrong proficiency in Python and solid data engineering skills.\n\nApplied experience with LLM/ML systems: integration, evaluation and tuning.\n\nExperience with cloud platforms (Azure and/or GCP).\n\nEnglish at B2 level or higher,\n\nOwnership of your work, an analytical mindset and strong communication skills.\n\nNice to have\nUnderstanding of the retail business.\n\nFinancial or finance-domain knowledge.\n\nExperience delivering image search engine solutions.\n\nWhat we offer:\nB2B contract\n\nFully remote service delivery\n\nBroad range of projects (internal, international) -
