The Role

Hayward, CA

Crafty is seeking an experienced warehouse specialist for the Fulfillment Associaterole who will support our Chicago market operation in delivering the highest quality food and beverage experience for our clients through the support of our inbound, outbound, inventory, and fulfillment operations by ensuring products are processed through our fulfillment center with operational efficiency and accuracy.

This is an in person role located at our Hayward fulfillment center. This shift operates Monday through Friday from 7:00am - 3:30pm.

Ideal Experience

• Experience in warehouse roles such as inbound, outbound, inventory, fulfillment
• Experience utilizing warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and fork lifts
• Experience using warehouse management systems, Google Suite, E-commerce, and fulfillment platforms (Shopify & Shipstation) to execute in fulfillment responsibilities
• Food and beverage industry experience
• Parcel and LTL shipping experience

Role Goals

• Goal #1: Achieve an inventory audit score at or above 98.5% by the end of each month, measured by our weekly inventory audits to ensure our team is processing product accurately through our fulfillment center, impacting our fill rate and market profitability
• Goal #2: Achieve a hard error percentage of 2% or lower by the end of each month, measured by our performance reporting in Tableau from quality investigations, which impact our fill rate and market profitability

Our compensation amount for this role is targeted at $24 per hour in Hayward, CA. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including cost of living based on location, candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
