About the job:
As a (Digital) Strategist / Business Architect at Craftzing, you shape tomorrow through guiding clarity and genuine collaboration. You shape long-term vision into clear strategies, and turn tangible concepts into impactful solutions, always through genuine, long-lasting partnerships with our clients.
What you'll do:
Perform research to understand the organization's external context and its internal processes.
Reduce everything you gather to the essence, and visualize it to bring clarity to your stakeholders.
Lead and facilitate workshops, brainstorms and ideation sessions to co-create strategies and concepts with both internal and external stakeholders.
Define the value proposition of a product or service, based on the needs, fears and wants of the customer.
Translate the value proposition into tangible concepts and high-level wireframes.
Validate the financial feasibility of a concept by building the business case.
Define an actionable roadmap to deploy the concept and its features in phases.
Present and defend your strategies and concepts to all levels of the organization, including C-level.
Collaborate with your team to refine the solution throughout the full lifecycle of the project.
We're looking for:
An exceptional facilitator: you're in your element running workshops, brainstorms and ideation sessions, and you know how to guide a room of people to a shared outcome.
A listener focused on business benefit, who wants to know the why before the how and the what.
An analytical mind that can deep-dive when needed to see patterns and connections.
Someone who thinks in an abstract way and can reduce a lot of information to its essence.
Someone who inspires other people with creative ideas.
The presence to grab and keep the attention of C-level impact makers during presentations.
The ability to involve and unite stakeholders with different, and sometimes opposing, needs throughout the whole project lifecycle.
Senior-level experience in digital or business strategy, business design or strategic consulting.
Fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
