Technical Leadership (CNC Machining Environment)Provide strong technical oversight on CNC machining processes including:3/4/5-axis CNC millingCNC turning (Swiss-type / conventional turning)Autolathe production systems\nEnsure proper setup, tooling selection, programming standards, and process stability\nSupport troubleshooting of complex machining, tooling, and process issues\nDrive process capability improvements for tight tolerance precision components\nC. Quality & ComplianceEnsure strict adherence to GMP, and customer quality requirements\nWork closely with QA/QC on:Non-conformance (NC) management Root cause analysis and CAPA implementation\nMaintain traceability, documentation integrity, and audit readiness\nD. Continuous Improvement & ProductivityLead Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma initiatives to improve efficiency\nDrive cycle time reduction, cost optimization, and yield improvement\nImplement automation, digital tools (MES / ERP / Power BI dashboards) to enhance visibility and control\nE. People Management & LeadershipManage and develop a team of supervisors, engineers, technicians, and operators\nBuild a skills matrix and drive workforce multi-skilling\nConduct performance reviews, coaching, and succession planning\nFoster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement\nF. Maintenance & Equipment ReliabilityOversee preventive maintenance programs for CNC machines and auto-lathes\nCollaborate with maintenance/engineering teams to minimize downtime\nEnsure timely resolution of machine breakdowns and production disruptions\nG. Strategic & Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sales teams\nSupport New Product Introduction (NPI) and process industrialization\nAlign production capacity and capability with business growth strategy\n3. Job Requirements\nEducationDiploma / Degree in Precision Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field\nExperienceMinimum 5-8 years in precision manufacturing environment\nAt least 3–5 years in a leadership/managerial role\nProven experience managing: CNC milling operations CNC turning / Swiss turning Auto-lathe/high-volume machining\nTechnical SkillsStrong knowledge in CNC machining processes, tooling, and fixture design\nFamiliarity with CNC programming principles (G-code, CAM systems)\nExperience with high precision components (tight tolerances, complex geometries)\nUnderstanding of MES / ERP systems and production data analytics\nKnowledge of ISO regulated manufacturing environments\nLeadership & Soft SkillsStrong leadership and team management capability\nExcellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills\nData-driven decision-making mindset\nEffective communication and cross-functional collaboration\n4.
