The role ensures production targets, quality standards, safety requirements, and delivery schedules are met while leading and supporting shop floor operators and technicians.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Production OperationsSupervise daily production activities to achieve output and delivery targets.\nMonitor machine utilization, production schedules, and manpower allocation.\nEnsure smooth workflow and resolve day-to-day production issues.\nTrack production performance, output, and downtime.\n2. CNC Machining SupportCoordinate machine setups and production readiness.\nEnsure operators follow approved machining processes and work instructions.\nAssist in troubleshooting machining, tooling, and quality problems.\nMonitor machining operations to ensure productivity and efficiency.\n3. Quality & ComplianceEnsure products meet customer and quality requirements.\nWork closely with QA/QC to resolve non-conformance issues.\nMaintain accurate production records and traceability documents.\nEnsure compliance with company procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.\n4. Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.\nSupport Lean Manufacturing and process improvement initiatives.\nHelp reduce scrap, rework, and machine downtime.\n5. Team LeadershipLead and supervise operators, technicians, and production staff.\nProvide on-the-job training and coaching.\nMonitor attendance, discipline, and work performance.\nPromote teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement culture.\n6. Equipment MaintenanceEnsure machines are properly maintained and in good working condition.\nCoordinate preventive maintenance activities with the maintenance team.\nEscalate machine breakdowns and production interruptions promptly.\n7.
