Learn and support processes related to workers’ compensation, unemployment, OSHA, and broader HR compliance requirements.\nHR Administration and Payroll: Maintain employee records, support HRIS updates, and assist with administrative tasks. Assist with administrative responsibilities such as phone coverage, supply management, and reception support. Participate in HR meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.\nQualifications & Requirements\nCurrently a senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related coursework.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nClear written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.\nReliable transportation to Crane CryoWorks in Jurupa Valley, CA.\nAvailability of 20-30 weekday hours per week.\nAbility to pass a background check and drug screening. \nInterest in relocating outside of California for future opportunities within Crane preferred.\nHourly Range: $23 to $26. Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications. Compensation packages also include comprehensive benefits, 401K contribution and match, Paid Time Off, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement and more.
