You'll have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and facility-related projects while contributing directly to the efficiency, reliability, and growth of our manufacturing operations.\nWhat You'll Do\nRespond to equipment issues and support production by minimizing downtime.\nPerform preventative maintenance, inspections, cleaning, and repairs to maximize equipment performance and reliability.\nSupport facility improvement projects, including lighting, painting, floor repairs, equipment relocation, and other infrastructure upgrades.\nTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.\nInstall, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment, machinery, and facility systems.\nDismantle equipment to diagnose problems and replace defective components.\nTest and verify equipment performance following repairs and maintenance activities.\nInstall wiring, conduit, and electrical components for new and existing equipment.\nDiagnose and repair motors, relays, switches, transformers, sensors, and other electrical devices.\nSet up and operate machine tools such as lathes, drill presses, and grinders to fabricate or repair parts.\nAssist with equipment moves and other projects supporting future factory initiatives.\nPartner with production and maintenance team members to identify and implement improvements.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nEquipment downtime is minimized and production interruptions are addressed promptly.\nPreventative maintenance activities are completed safely and on schedule.\nEquipment and facility systems operate efficiently and reliably.\nImprovement projects are completed effectively and support future operational goals.\nStrong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.\nRequired Qualifications\nAssociate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.\nThree to six years of industrial maintenance experience or related technical experience.\nAbility to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.\nAbility to read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals.\nBasic math skills and the ability to perform calculations related to measurements and maintenance activities.\nAbility to lift up to 30 pounds.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in a manufacturing environment.\nExperience with PLC-controlled equipment and automated systems.\nWelding, fabrication, or machining experience.\nExperience supporting facility expansion or equipment relocation projects.\nElectrical troubleshooting experience in an industrial setting.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive compensation\nMedical, dental, and vision benefits\n401(k) with company match\nTuition reimbursement\nPaid vacation, personal days, and company holidays\nCareer growth and advancement opportunities\nLearning and development programs\nOpportunity to contribute to future factory improvement initiatives\nAbout Crane Pumps & Systems\nCrane Pumps & Systems designs and manufactures innovative pump solutions for the effective and efficient transportation of wastewater.
