Our ideal candidate will build a rapport with families, healthcare providers, and insurance companies in a compassionate and efficient manner over the phone. You will educate potential families about the evaluation appointment, treatment process, and insurance process, expediting the process for families while maintaining excellent customer service. \nWe will train you on our process and all things unique to Cranial Technologies! \n\nResponsibilities include: \nProviding outstanding customer service to our families over the phone \nAccurately entering patient registration information and initial appointment scheduling, including identifying potential conflicts or trends for each Clinic schedule \nCoordination of information between referring physicians, insurance companies, and our own treatment clinics \nReview cost share amounts, co-payments and financial responsibility with our families \nHandling variable call-volume on multiple queues, averaging 40 to 70 calls a day \n\nRequirements: \n1 - 2 years’ customer service or related experience \n1 - 2 years’ experience with computer software \nExceptional communication including phone etiquette and human relations skills \nAbility to work with people from diverse backgrounds \nProactive mindset with the ability to absorb new information in a timely manner \nProfessional demeanor in both written and spoken communication with families, providers, and coworkers. \nAbility to problem-solve and prioritize daily tasks to manage individual workload. \nWe offer an excellent benefits package: \nMedical, Vision, and Dental Insurance \n401k Retirement Plan \nFlex Spending Plans \n18 Days Paid Time Off each year plus 7 company-paid Holidays \nLife Insurance \nShort/Long Term Disability Insurance \nThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.00 per hour.
