Our growth will continue as we add team members that strive to be the best, commit to taking care of our customers, and continue to train so that they can accomplish team goals and obtain career advancement opportunities.\nResponsibilities\nSupporting and managing Field Technicians/Technician Leads to maximize productivity and growth\nApproving and managing all expense and payroll/PTO requests, reports, and submissions\nCommunicating weekly with teams (ATE and Crash Champion) and meeting with individuals, in person/remotely, as needed\nTraining focus, staying up to date on new procedures and technologies, that improve individual and team productivity\nDevelop, foster, and sustain relationships with existing customers\nWorking with business partners to build trust and increase production\nAssist ATE - Director of Operations in certifying calibration areas\nWork with Dispatch to continuously improve routes and work assignments\nGenerate and expedite resolution of customer concerns with professional courtesy and appropriate escalation\nMiscellaneous duties as assigned\nQualifications\n5+ Years of automotive experience with 2+ Years of managing a high-performance team\nStrong working knowledge in ADAS and electrical performed services (calibrations, programming, diagnostics, wire/connector repair, etc.)\nPreference given to those that have prior OEM Automotive Software and ADAS calibration experience\nExceptional communication skills, both verbal and written\nStrong technological skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.\nThe ability to effectively collaborate and manage technicians using remote software (Zoom, Teams, etc.)\nAbility to solve problems by identifying root causes and researching or testing solutions\nIndependent judgment to handle issues as they arise\nEnergetic, sense of urgency, motivated to produce, passion for the industry, and positive representation of the ATE brand\nAbility to prioritize and manage workload to reach personal, team, and company goals\nContinuous learner seeking to develop new skills and expand knowledge for maximum career progression\nMust show discretion when handling customer, employee, or other confidential information\nAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and must be able to stand for long periods of time in automotive shop environments\nOvernight travel required, up to 50% of the time, depending on drivability of assigned market - air travel may be required\nA safe driving record and a valid Driver’s License required\nBenefits\nThe Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements and annual updates:\nMedical Insurance\nDental Insurance\nVision Insurance\nGroup Life Insurance\nDisability Insurance\n401k Retirement Plan with match\nReferral Bonus (“Cash From Crash”)\n5 Paid Holidays\nWe are committed to providing competitive compensation for this role.
