We Champion People.\nResponsibilities\nJOB PURPOSE: We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager (PM) to oversee commercial construction projects from planning through close-out. The PM will be responsible for coordinating schedules, budgets, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:\nManage multiple projects simultaneously across planning, permitting, construction, and close-out stages.\nDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reporting tools.\nCoordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure design and scope alignment.\nLead weekly construction meetings and provide status updates to leadership.\nReview and approve contracts, change orders, and pay applications.\nEnsure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.\nConduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality control.\nManage RFI (Request for Information) and submittal processes.\nResolve conflicts and issues that arise in the field or with stakeholders.\nProvide accurate forecasting and cost tracking throughout the project lifecycle.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).\n5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.\nStrong knowledge of construction means, methods, and best practices.\nProficiency in project management software (Procore, Smartsheet, MS Project, or equivalent).\nExcellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.\nAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities under tight deadlines.\nFamiliarity with permitting processes, contracts, and local building codes.\nWillingness to travel to project sites as required.\nBenefits\nThe Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements and annual updates:\nMedical Insurance\nDental Insurance\nVision Insurance\nGroup Life Insurance\nDisability Insurance\n401k Retirement Plan with match\nReferral Bonus (“Cash From Crash”)\n5 Paid Holidays\nWe are committed to providing competitive compensation for this role.
