This role requires deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, system reliability, and operational automation.\nThe ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in large-scale cloud environments, leading DevOps initiatives, mentoring engineers, and ensuring highly available, secure, and scalable systems in a 24x7 production environment.\nThis role will primarily support Microsoft Azure technologies, although strong experience with AWS and other cloud platforms is highly valued.\nKey Responsibilities\nCloud Infrastructure & Operations\nDesign, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure\nAutomate provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and operational processes across cloud environments\nEnsure platform reliability, performance, and availability in a 24x7 production environment\nLead incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and preventive actions\nDevOps & Automation\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid and reliable software delivery\nImplement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and related automation tools\nDrive automation initiatives to reduce operational overhead and improve system efficiency\nEstablish and maintain operational standards, best practices, and documentation\nSecurity & Compliance\nEnsure adherence to security best practices, compliance standards, and SOC2 controls\nPartner with engineering teams to implement secure development and deployment practices\nSupport vulnerability management, access controls, and infrastructure security initiatives\nLeadership & Collaboration\nMentor and guide DevOps engineers and cross-functional teams\nCollaborate closely with Engineering, QA, Product, and Security teams\nContribute to architecture discussions and technology strategy\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives across infrastructure and operational processes\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, MCA, or a related field\n9+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or DevSecOps environments\n4+ years of hands-on experience with Azure, CI/CD (Github Actions), Observability and Monitoring (ELK Configuration and Management, Prometheus - Grafana), Linux OS Management, Scripting (Python, Bash, powershell, etc.)\nStrong experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform\nProven experience designing and managing highly available cloud infrastructure\nPreferred Qualifications\nHands-on experience with CI/CD platforms and deployment automation\nStrong Linux administration experience, preferably Ubuntu Linux\nExperience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes\nStrong scripting or programming experience in Python, Shell, Go, Java, or similar languages\nExperience with monitoring, observability, and logging platforms\nWork Environment\nOn-site in Bangalore (HSR Layout) \nAlternate Saturday working schedule\nCrashPlan values workplace diversity and ensuring an environment of mutual respect.
