software solutions from ground up, as well as the implementation of new features in existing systems.\n\nCollaboration and direct communication with stakeholders, assesment of clients technical potential and requirements, and responsibilities related to the specification, analysis, and design of software solutions.\n\nTechnical consulting and advisory on complex technical issues.\n\nLead an agile team and ensure effective collaboration within the team.\n\nKvalifikacijeMultiple years of professional experience as software developer (min. 5), as well as experience in team leadership.\n\nExtensive experience and excellent knowledge working with high level programming languages such as Java (preferred), JavaScript, Kotlin or C# in web application development.\n\nExcellent knowledge and long-term experience with at least one SPA framework (React/Vue/Angular).\n\nExperience working with modern frameworks, tools, and agile development processes, including:\nSpring/Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, JUnit, RESTful Services\n\nDevOps practices (Jenkins), Maven, Git\n\nStrong knowledge of relational databases (modeling, SQL).\n\nFamiliarity with
