Collaborate with the team on assortment set up execution to drive financial growth and align on company strategies.This is an on-site position (Monday through Thursday) based out of our Chicago, IL offices with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.\nA day in the life as a Merchandising Operations Assistant, CB2...\nResponsible for SKU setup and maintenance support for a category of products, including item data setup, sample tracking, and in-season SKU data. \nWork with the merchandising team, vendors, and distribution centers to resolve shipping/receiving discrepancies. \nUpdate Purchase Orders in season and manage related vendor communication per direction from the Product Team.\nManage invoice discrepancies and chargebacks.\nSupport Merchant and Design & Development Teams with seasonal assortment preparation and sample reviews.\nTimely management of data integrity to support and enable accurate assortment set up on system, sales tracking and reporting.\nAssist the Associate Merchant with maintaining Item Data. \nAssist with photographing product samples for the product database.\nWork with the merchandising team to generate weekly and monthly sales and inventory reports. \nMonitor the e-commerce site for assortment flow, product images and selling information.\nDrive a positive customer experience by regularly monitoring and responding to customer reviews and requests from the field.\nManage special projects as needed. \nWhat you'll bring to the table\nResults Oriented\nAbility to ensure timely processing of SKU requests and meet SLA expectations.\nAttention to detail while maintaining efficiency.\nProactive identification of data issues and proposal of solutions.\nCommunication: Ability to summarize complex business requirements simply in both written and verbal form.\nCommunicate effectively and efficiently with all company associates and business contacts in a timely manner.\n\nTeamwork:Promotes a strong sense of teamwork.\nDemonstrated agility and the ability to assist others as needed to meet deadlines.\n\nCustomer Service (Internal and External):Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of service, support, and follow-through to buying teams, planning teams, agents, and vendors.\n\nTechnical Proficiency:Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Suite (Excel).
