You’ll analyse financial records, support claim investigations, prepare loss reports, and work with clients, policyholders, claims colleagues and other stakeholders throughout the claims process.

What You’ll Do
Financial Loss Assessment
- Analyze accounting records, financial statements and supporting documentation to quantify losses arising from insured events.
- Support claim investigations by establishing financial impact and loss causation in collaboration with claims colleagues.
Reporting & Claims Management
- Prepare clear and accurate financial loss reports and support schedules within agreed timelines.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in the claims management system.
Stakeholder & External Coordination
- Respond professionally to queries regarding the financial aspects of claims from insurer clients, intermediaries, insured policyholders and third parties.
- Work with external accountants, experts and service providers as required to support loss assessments.
Service, Ethics & Compliance
- Deliver objective and professional services that reflect insurer clients’ standards.
- Uphold Crawford’s ethics, values and professional standards at all times.
What You’ll Bring
Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Numerical & Analytical Skills
- Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and develop claims and insurance knowledge.
Communication & Collaboration
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
