We are seeking a senior building professional to help lead and grow our field validation capability. As a senior technical leader, you will oversee complex building assessments, tender validation and repair cost reviews while mentoring others, improving operational performance and contributing to strategic growth initiatives.

Key Requirements
- Extensive experience in insurance building, construction or repair validation
- Strong expertise in domestic and commercial scoping and estimating
- Proven ability to lead, influence and mentor others
- Strong stakeholder management and commercial acumen
- Excellent report writing, communication and organisational skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex building assessments, tender reviews and repair validations
- Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex field validation claims
- Facilitate tender inspections and validate scopes, costs and contractor submissions
- Prepare detailed scopes, estimates and technical reports
- Monitor supplier performance and drive accountability across builder networks
- Ensure compliance with technical, commercial and service delivery standards
- Partner with insurers and stakeholders to improve customer and business outcomes
- Support business growth, capability development and operational excellence
