Subject-matter expert in Contractor Connection processes and program requirements related to contractor recruiting and selection of contractors for client programs.\n Presents program to potential network contractors via telephone; with focus on cold calls, following up on referrals/leads.\nSends marketing materials and applications to prospective contractors related to programs as needed.\nDocuments call progress on productivity report and in automated systems.\nUtilizes various software programs to locate contractor information and document contractor information.\nAnalyzes areas of need for contractor network coverage.\nLeads development of new strategies for recruiting contractors.\nInteracts with clients regarding contractor recruiting and selections and is the designated point of contact for specific clients.\nLeads training, initial and ongoing, mentors and coaches subordinate Contractor Recruiter Specialist role.\nAssists Supervisor in the coordination of processing of requests for contractor recruiting and selection.\nAssists Supervisor in the development of department procedures.\nMaintains overall knowledge of Contractor Connection business model and all Recruiting functions.\nResolves issues in recruiting process.\nAssists Supervisor with data verification and analysis of internal and external reports.\nResolves general issues and questions of team staff.\nAssists Supervisor in balancing distribution of work.\nAssists Supervisor with escalated follow up with contractors.\nServes as a liaison to other departments.\nAssists Supervisor with creating presentations on new systems, procedures, and programs.\nMay participate in conventions and industry shows for the purposes of recruiting contractors for program participation.\nUpholds the Crawford Code of Business Conduct and Ethics at all times.\nParticipates in special projects or performs duties in other areas as requested.\nUpholds and projects the public image of the Company.\n Bachelor Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, plus 2 years of customer service experience.
