Coaching, mentoring and support with professional qualifications across the business.\n Essential:\nEffective communicator with ability to present ideas and information at all levels of the organisation. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify training needs and design appropriate steps to address them. Strong collaborative mindset and able to effectively manage the needs of multiple stakeholders. Organised and with the ability to demonstrate attention to detail in work undertaken. Ability to work on own initiative and within a team environment.\nExtensive experience of MS Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint. Extensive knowledge of training and development and learning theory and best practice in order to apply this to the role. Extensive knowledge of the insurance market and insurance environment generally.\nKnowledge of claims handling and loss adjusting best practice. Experience in a training and development environment. Insurance qualifications (Dip CII and / or Dip CILA or progress towards preferred) and claims and loss adjusting experience essential.\nDesirable:\nAble to communicate effectively by sharing, listening and exchanging information and knowledge at all levels. Build and maintain positive working relationships across the organisation. Demonstrate flexibility within the role alongside the needs of the business.
