You will own the project lifecycle from kickoff through go-live, coordinating different functions such as Solutions Architecture, Development, QA, and customer stakeholders to deliver on scope, schedule, and budget. You will bring a disciplined, data-grounded approach to planning, risk management, and communication, with the judgment to escalate early and the credibility to hold both customers and internal teams to the plan. The position reports to the Director of Professional Services and will be a work from home opportunity in the US.\nKey Responsibilities\nYou will have responsibility for all aspects of the process including:\n\nLead the end-to-end project lifecycle for enterprise customer engagements, from statement of work through kickoff, delivery, UAT, and closeout.\nBuild and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and RAID logs; produce weekly customer status reports and internal delivery reporting.\nCoordinate resource assignments with Professional Services leadership; ensure the right roles are staffed at the right time across development, QA, LP/braille, translation, and accessible PDF workstreams.\nOwn scope management on every engagement; drive project change requests (PCRs) when customer scope shifts and hold the line on timeline commitments.\nFacilitate requirements gathering in partnership with Solutions Architects and customer stakeholders; confirm assets and inputs are complete before development begins.\nTrack estimate accuracy against actuals across the project portfolio; surface trends that inform future estimation and overhead assumptions.\nRun recurring customer and internal status meetings with clear agendas, decisions, and action items; keep issues and escalations moving.\nManage vendor and subcontractor coordination where required, including translation partners and print production suppliers.\nEnforce time tracking, billable/non-billable classification, and asset gate discipline consistent with Professional Services standards.\nConfer with sales, Customer Success, and Product Management to align delivery with account strategy and product roadmap.\nEscalate risks and delivery issues to Professional Services and Customer Success leadership with a recommended path forward, not just a problem statement.\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\n\nMinimum of 5 years’ experience managing technical delivery projects within Enterprise Software, Content Management, or Document Services marketplace.\n\nDemonstrated experience owning full project lifecycle for concurrent customer-facing engagements.\n\nWorking knowledge of project and work management platforms (Monday.com, Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent).\n\nWorking knowledge of collaboration and document platforms (SharePoint, MS Teams, Confluence).\n\nStrong understanding of software delivery lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements, design, development, QA, UAT, and release.\n\nFamiliarity with statements of work, change orders, and time-and-materials versus fixed-fee delivery models.\n\nExcellent communication skills with both executive and technical audiences.\n\nAbility to clearly document business requirements and translate to technical solutions and specifications.\n\nExceptional presentation and facilitation skills; comfortable running steering committee and executive readouts.\n\nStrong organizational and computer skills (Microsoft Office products, Visio).\n\nAbility to work to deadlines, manage time across several time zones, and juggle multiple concurrent projects.\n\nA high level of professionalism, passion, ethics, confidence, and commitment.\n\nAbility to travel up to 20% as required by business needs.\n\nPosition Desirables\n\n(These may assist in enhancing candidates’ chances of success in the role)\n\nExperience delivering projects in document accessibility (PDF/UA, WCAG, Section 508) or alternate format production (large print, braille, audio, e-text).\n\nKnowledge of formatted print streams (AFP, Xerox, PDF, PostScript, PCL).\n\nExperience in regulated industries such as Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Telecom, or Government.\n\nExposure to Agile and/or SAFe delivery frameworks in a hybrid or scaled environment.\n\nWorking familiarity with SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).\n\nUnderstanding cloud concepts and AWS.\n\nExperience with vendor and partner management, including translation providers and print production partners.\n\nProven ability to work as a satellite employee.\n\n EDUCATION\n PMP certification or equivalent (PRINCE2, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM). \n Bachelor’s degree in a closely related field.
