You will work closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems through data-driven decision-making, risk intelligence, personalization, and predictive modeling, with a focus on financial services.\nWhat Makes You Right for This Role?\nAdvanced AI/ML Modeling - Develop and optimize machine learning models for risk assessment, fraud detection, customer intelligence, and hyper-personalization.\nAI Productization - Translate AI/ML concepts and experiments into scalable, production-ready solutions that deliver measurable business value.\nData Strategy - Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify data opportunities and develop AI-driven use cases aligned with business objectives.\nInnovation & Thought Leadership - Explore emerging AI/ML techniques, build prototypes, and contribute to client presentations and technical discussions.\nCross-functional Collaboration - Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver AI solutions, share knowledge, and contribute to best practices.\nThe Person We’re Looking For\n4-5 years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and applied AI, preferably in BFSI or similar data-rich industries.\n\nStrong academic foundation in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
