[REMOTE] Senior Product Analyst

CrazyGames.com, one of the world’s largest casual gaming platforms with over 60M monthly visitors, is looking for a (full or hybrid) remote Senior Product Analyst in Europe.

Your mission will be to support the product team in identifying problems & opportunities for our 3 million daily users, leveraging the data we collect. You will report to the Chief Product Officer and will work closely with product, data & engineering teams.

On a typical day you might:

• Work with Product managers to identify and quantify the most important opportunities in our First-Time-User Experience

• Figure out when users are quitting a game never to come back.

• Understand how the latest product release are impacting our stats.

• Work with engineers to identify in what scenarios user progress is not being saved.

• Combine AB tests data analysis with testing as a user to understand reduced average playtime on certain screen solutions.

Key outcomes for the role:

• Within 1 month, you have a good understanding of the current product and the data stack, and found 3 quick wins that improve CrazyGames by combining data analysis with user testing

• Within 3 months, you took responsibility for following up on the effect of our product releases, interpreting positive or negative consequences of changes that our engineering team made as well as communicating those consequences.

• Within 6 months, you’re meaningfully supporting product managers in quantifying improvement opportunities across our player journeys and choosing the right priorities.

• Within 12 months, you have improved key product KPIs (conversion to gameplay, lifetime playtime or CURR) by at least 3%.

Requirements

• You have a strong interest in data-driven digital products and user experience.

• You can spot patterns in data. You can not leave a question unanswered, or come with a half-baked answer.

• You know how to gather, process and interpret various data sources to support product decisions (analytics, feedback, trends, user tests, ...), and you know SQL very well.

• You’re used to leveraging AI for efficient analysis, without giving in on critical thinking

• You are intelligent, efficient, and organized. You have an attention to detail.

• You like open, efficient, and to-the-point communication and you have experience in working remotely.
