You will report to the Chief Product Officer and will work closely with product, data & engineering teams.\nOn a typical day you might:\nWork with Product managers to identify and quantify the most important opportunities in our First-Time-User Experience\n\nFigure out when users are quitting a game never to come back.\n\nUnderstand how the latest product release are impacting our stats.\n\nWork with engineers to identify in what scenarios user progress is not being saved.\n\nCombine AB tests data analysis with testing as a user to understand reduced average playtime on certain screen solutions.\n\nKey outcomes for the role:\nWithin 1 month, you have a good understanding of the current product and the data stack, and found 3 quick wins that improve CrazyGames by combining data analysis with user testing\n\nWithin 3 months, you took responsibility for following up on the effect of our product releases, interpreting positive or negative consequences of changes that our engineering team made as well as communicating those consequences.\n\nWithin 6 months, you’re meaningfully supporting product managers in quantifying improvement opportunities across our player journeys and choosing the right priorities.\n\nWithin 12 months, you have improved key product KPIs (conversion to gameplay, lifetime playtime or CURR) by at least 3%.\n\nWhat we offer:\nJoin the product & data team alongside product managers, designer, analyst and data scientist\n\nWork with our elite engineering team of 15+ experienced engineers\n\nA modern tech stack on a massive scale (over 300,000,000 gameplays per month across device types from users across the globe)\n\nA lot of responsibility and freedom. You have an attention to detail.\n\nYou like open, efficient, and to-the-point communication and you have experience in working remotely.\n\nYou have relevant experience working in a company which has large digital platforms catering to an extensive user base.
