That’s where you come in!\nIf you are:\nAn experienced Level Designer with strong level design skills in 3D environments\nReady to work on hybrid casual titles with millions of daily users and their own player communities\nA strong believer in teamwork\nNot afraid of innovation and learning new tools on the go\nApproaching your work with joy and genuine curiosity\nThen you are on the right track to be a great match with CrazyLabs.\nAs a Level Designer, you will:\nDesign new game mechanics and content from concept through implementation, as well as engaging levels, missions, and experiences using Unity3D and internal tools.\nDefine level structure, sequencing, and difficulty progression to create an engaging player journey.\nBalance and maintain the levels, level funnels, and player journeys\nDesign, support, analyze, and improve live ops events to increase player engagement and meet business goals.\nAnalyze game metrics, KPIs, market trends, playtest results, team input, and community feedback to identify improvement opportunities.\nCollaborate with Product Owners and Data Analysts to define requirements, evaluate performance, and improve key game KPIs.\nCreate and maintain clear design documentation, including level layouts, briefs, flowcharts, and feature specifications.\nParticipate in key production reviews, design reviews, and development milestones.\nContribute creative ideas and design leadership within an agile, multidisciplinary team.\nContinuously research industry trends, best practices, and emerging game and level design techniques and technologies.\nRequirements\nThe Level Designer role requires:\nAt least 3 years of level design experience in a mobile F2P studio or gaming company, with a focus on casual or hybrid-casual games and hands-on 3D level design in Unity 3D.\nProven ability to conceptualize, create, implement, and manage complex level-design projects, level creation and balancing, using relevant tools and technologies in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong F2P mindset and experience using KPIs, analytics, spreadsheets, and analytical tools to make data-driven design and balancing decisions.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and maintain detailed design documentation.\nBroad knowledge of the gaming market and current trends, with a strong passion for casual and hybrid-casual mobile games.\nStrong empathy and the ability to understand the needs, motivations, and experiences of the target audience.\nExperience using AI tools for game and level design, prototyping, balancing, and data analysis\nAdvantage\n3+ years of experience specifically on Hybrid/Casual Puzzle games\nCrazyLabs Commitments\nEmployee benefits are part of our love language.
