That’s where you come in!\nYou’ll:\nOwn our HRIS and HR tech stack: configure, optimize and integrate it, and shape where it goes next as we grow\nOwn processes across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and transfers to leave and offboarding and improve them by building AI powered workflows\nTake over global HR processes (payroll coordination, performance and salary reviews, performance bonuses, EOR and contractor admin) and improve them by automation or dedicated systems if needed.\nCreate dashboards for analyzing people data that give HR and leadership reliable, real-time people related insights.\nPartner with our HR team and managers across the company.\nRequirements\nYou have:\n4+ years in HR operations, ideally in a global technology or gaming company\nHands-on HRIS experience and a track record of improving processes through systems\nExperience building automations or AI-assisted workflows, plus a clear vision for how AI can transform HR operations\nSolid knowledge of core HR processes and international employment arrangements, including EOR platforms like Deel or Remote\nStrong analytical and data skills,\nA strong owner mindset: you drive projects independently, with attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information\nFluent English, written and spoken\nOur approach to AI:\nAt CrazyLabs, AI isn’t scary and it isn’t a buzzword.
