You will support smooth day-to-day HR operations, coordinate internal events, work with suppliers, and use AI tools to improve planning, communication, organization, and execution.\nWhat you’ll do:\nOwn the planning and execution of internal events, including team buildings, Happy Hours, celebrations, workshops, company gatherings, and other employee initiatives, from idea to completion. \nManage the company’s participation in job fairs, university events, conferences, and employer-branding activities, ensuring a polished and professional company presence. \nManage all event logistics, including venues, transportation, catering, accommodation, equipment, materials, schedules, suppliers, and participant communication. \nCollaborate with the HR team, managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to create engaging and well-organized employee experiences. \nSupport employee engagement, wellbeing, recognition, and company-culture initiatives with creative ideas and strong execution. \nProvide operational and administrative support for ongoing HR processes, while looking for smarter and more efficient ways to improve daily work. \nMaintain accurate documentation, calendars, participant lists, invoices, supplier details, budgets, and event records. \nBe present during events to ensure everything runs smoothly, handle last-minute changes, and stay calm and solution-oriented under pressure. \nUse AI tools to support planning, communication, content creation, organization, vendor research, and process improvement \nThink outside the box and proactively suggest improvements, new ideas, and better ways to execute events and HR initiatives. \nWhat we’re looking for:\nPrevious experience in event coordination, HR operations, marketing, office/event management, or a similar hands-on coordination role. \nStrong planning, organization, time-management, and execution skills. \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. \nHighly independent, proactive, and comfortable taking full ownership from idea to flawless execution. .\nAbility to manage several activities simultaneously, including tight timelines, changing priorities \nStrong attention to detail and a practical problem-solving approach.\nConfidence working with vendors, suppliers, and different stakeholders, including negotiation, follow-up, and quality control. \nExcellent written and spoken English \nFlexibility to occasionally support events outside regular working hours.\nAI-oriented mindset and openness to using AI tools to improve efficiency, creativity, and execution quality. \nWhat will make you stand out:\nExperience organizing corporate events, team buildings, employer-branding activities, or high-quality employee experiences.\nFamiliarity with budgeting, supplier/vendor negotiation, invoice coordination, and cost tracking.\nExperience working within an HR, People, Operations, or Marketing team.\nA genuine interest in employee experience, company culture, and using new tools/AI to create better ways of working.\nWhat we offer:\nPrivate health insurance from your first day\nBreakfast and lunch at the office, tailored to your preferences\nChoice of an electric scooter, bicycle, or transportation budget\nPaid sports activities and free use of our in-office gym\nGifts for holidays and special occasions -
