GDPR, including maintaining relevant security documentation.\nAct as a key point of contact for security incident response and remediation.\nRequirements\nSystem Administrator Specialist requires:\nMinimum 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration, network engineering, or an advanced technical support environment.\nStrong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routing protocols, firewalls, and network security standards.\nHands-on experience with Jira, GCP/AWS, MDM solutions, and virtualized environments.\nWorking proficiency with modern AI tools, prompt engineering, and scripting/automation languages such as Python or PowerShell.\nProven ability to independently diagnose, isolate, and resolve complex multi-system infrastructure issues.\nStrong understanding of identity/access management, SSO, endpoint protection, and cloud-based IT environments.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to support both technical and non-technical users with patience and professionalism.\nStrong documentation skills and a highly service-oriented approach.\nOwnership, accountability, proactivity, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.\nPreferred / Nice-to-Have Skills\nIndustry certifications: CompTIA Network+/Security+, CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, or AWS Certified SysOps
